My coaching is relational which means I work in partnership with you so we can co-create and explore possibilities, solutions and outcomes together.

1:1 Executive Coaching

I work with senior leaders on a 1:1 basis. I help you by the deep insights I create. We deal with real live issues together. My coaching programmes are based on your individual requirements.

I believe our uniqueness as individuals is where our greatest power lies, and I work to harness that with you.

My coaching style encourages a relationship that helps increase awareness, reflects on alternatives and finds new perspectives.

I combine business and behavioural expertise and do not offer instant readymade solutions.
