About Me

I am an Executive Coach and Leadership Specialist. My work supports senior leaders and leadership teams create changes - in performance, mindset and behaviour.

I love my work and I am truly energised when supporting leaders and teams to navigate change. I believe we all are capable of achieving different and better outcomes and our uniqueness as individuals is where our greatest power lies. I work with you to harness that.

My 18 years’ experience working in HR/Learning and Development allows me to create bespoke coaching and learning programmes which are fit for purpose and transformational in the results they achieve. I help create new perspectives which help you break patterns and develop new ways of thinking, behaving and being.

My core values are integrity, honesty and kindness. These are at the heart of the work I do.
